We have been in operation for over 12 years with combined experience of more than 25 years. Over the last 10 years we have establish footprint on 8 Provinces, covering over 30 municipalities (inclusive of local and metro municipality)
Our team of expert town planners provide the recent collective acumen on preparing all types of land use applications. We service all types of land use planning & development matters from development applications, strategic planning and site acquisition assessment.

History & Heritage of Noksa
Dumisani Madimetsa Bosoga, is the founding member of Noksa 23 Holdings which Noksa 23 Development Planners is a subsidiary member.
Dumisani holds Nation Diploma and a B-Tech Degree in Town and Regional Planning, a Certificate in Law Enforcement and other certificates related to property development. Dumisani has accumulated his sound working experience (7 solid years) from working as a Town Planning Assistant, Town Planner and Senior Town Planner, in the public sector, specifically in Local government, before moving into private sector.
In private sector he holds sound experience of more than 12 years, most of which are at Noksa and as a Principle Development Planner. Dumisani specialises in land use management planning, especially in township establishment and formalization.
Dumisani also specialises in identifying new development sites for investment opportunities for crown funders, new investors and property developers, obtaining development approvals, and preparing feasibility studies.
